Ever Been to PA?

On the way home from work today, I was behind a car with a Pennsylvania license plate.  (I would have taken a picture, but my camera was in the backseat.)  It was mostly plain white with big letters and numbers in the middle.  The top had a blue band with just the word Pennsylvania.  The bottom was a yellow band that said, visitPA.com.  Interesting.  A plain, simple plate that motivated me to visit PA virtually.
