There was an art show at my school last night. We really have quite an amazing program. The halls were covered with black paper and tables draped in black. Orchestra and piano students took turns playing classical music, the PTO members were dressed up in evening wear, and hors d'oeuvres were served. Art moms teach about different artists and cultures. Everyone recently had lessons on African and Egyptian art. I posted a few (8 or 9) of my favorites, but there were so many different projects, I think I need to start a new blog just to save art ideas for kids.
